Medical Hotel Case Study - 946 Words

Table 4 indicates the number patients that consider staying at the medical hotel every time they have to visit the clinic. There are 28 patients that have answered â€Å"Yes†. Most of them preferred due to convenience, easy access to clinic, less stress and hassle, less travel, and safety. However, two (2) respondents answered â€Å"No† considering they are staying with their relatives when they visit Repro Optima. Their reasons are lack of financial and additional expense. Moreover, participants that have considered medical hotel were the basis sample of identifying the range of hospitality services that are most needed by the IVF patients. Table 6 demonstrates the flexibility of services featured in the medical hotel. These include adding partner or friend, check-in and out times, and room service. Most of the IVF patients preferred the flexibility to add a partner or friend when they stay at the hotel. Additionally, they also favour that they can check-in and out anytime and lastly, they choose to have room service as well. There are four (4) choices given to them. Based on their responses, there are 13 respondents that preferred Family style and 12 respondents for Fast casual. The least type of restaurants was cafe or bistro and fine dining.
